Get Accuracy Bonus Throws Everytime

Come Join My Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/OpachiiO/

In one of my latest posts, I covered how to get the accuracy "Nice" throw every time. Though many disbelieved I wouldn't cover how to get great and excellent throws, and just leave it at the "Nice" Bonus. Well, the truth is, I still need to collect data for the other bonuses and wasn't expecting to come across them both as fast as I did. I had an idea on how to get a Great throw often, but why settle for that when I can say I figured out how to get Excellent throws often. Getting an excellent throw is still hard to do, even after knowing how it's done.

Many believe it all matters on how big the catch circle is, though that stands true, that isn't everything needed in order to get a bonus throw. The key to getting a bonus every time relies on not only the circle but also rather or not the ball lands in the catch circle, which is why it is so hard to get excellent throws unless you have mastered this technique. I'm still unsure rather the button of the ball needs to be facing the Pokemon, the main reason why is it doesn't seem to matter when I try for a "Nice" throw, but great and excellent it seems to matter, or I could just be barely missing the hit box for the accuracies.

In the pictures below shows about where the catch circles need to be. Nice seems to be the most accurate screenshot of them all, but it's hard to time the delay just right. For both great and excellent, the circles need to be a tad bit smaller (or so I believe.) After you get the hang of accurate throws, you can then master the curve ball for the slightly increased catch rate alongside the accurate boost. Not to mention the extra experience given could boost the rate you level.

The "L" throw people keep talking about (where you drag your Pokeball to either side of the screen.) seems to make it easier to throw curve balls, and maybe that's why it was implemented in the game. Hope these tips are as helpful for you as they are me, my family, and friends.
Nice
Great
Excellent

How to Increase the Chances of Hatching Pokemon you Want

As far as I am aware, this is still a theory but it deals with the biome weather dependency and biome exclusive trails. For those who aren't sure what a biome is; it is a fairly new term used to describe the different habitats such as forests and tundras. I'm not sure of what biomes are in Pokemon go other than a water and grass biome, mostly because of where I live.

Well, what does any of this have to do with hatching eggs? About a week ago, it was cold damp and rainy for a few days in which I was able to hatch eggs still, though it wasn't my common fire or grass types. It was literally water Pokemon one after the other. It is safe to say however that Water Pokemon do spawn more when it rains because that was practically the only thing spawning. I'm still working on testing this, but I believe it to be true because there is a spot I normally walk to get a good sum of water types. I normally end up with 10-20 within the route, nor included what I get from eggs.

I didn't think much of the Pokemon I got out of eggs I hatched while walking this route, mostly because I thought it was by chance. Well the more I started hatching, the most water Pokemon I got, this was also when it was raining a bit though it was clear at the time I walked. I realized what was happening after hatching several eggs, which most were, of course, water type.

Have any 10km eggs you hope to become one of the one of the few water types you can get from them? Well, I would hold off hatching them until it's either cold damp and rainy unless you live near a water biome spawn. This could greatly increase your chances of getting Dratini's if you are still after that Dragonite (like me). Remember, though you have a (possibly) higher chance of getting water types when conditions are right, doesn't mean A) you will get a water type 100% of the time and B) you will get the Pokemon you long sought for and C) this is still speculation in which I hope to get hard evidence for, before I say rather or not it's legit.

Though this theory makes sense doesn't mean it is true, that's why it is merely a theory. If you wish to be a part of testing this theory, please don't hesitate to let me know your data.

How to Get a "Nice" Throw Every time!

I'm unsure if this is a glitch or if it's programmed into the game, either way, I got Nice throws left and right. Until I figured out why now I get the accuracy bonus almost every time I go to catch a Pokemon. The times I don't however, are because the circle that grows and shrinks isn't the right size. Yes, that's right, the key to getting a nice throw all depends on the size of the ring indicating the difficulty of the catch rate. Not only that but did you know that the smaller the circle the better chance you have of catching a Pokemon?

Unfortunately, in this case, you want the circle to be the largest it can get. I have noticed that if it's just below the white catch frame circle then you still have a fairly high chance of getting the "Nice" throw, but not every time, like when the circle is on the catch frames shown in the picture above. I know it doesn't show that I got a nice throw, but try to get that screenshot was hard enough, trying to make sure everything was set.

Either way, this may take a bit of practice, kind of like getting the curveball down (I still haven't mastered the curveball). If you are able to time things right when you throw curveballs, then this little trick will help you get not only a 10 extra experience for each catch but 20 extra points. It may not be much, but after level 20 any little experience is well worth it. Let me know if you are able to get nice throws left and right after reading this... friends are amused with me able to do this. Don't forget that curveballs increase the catch rate and so do accuracy throws, being guaranteed a nice throw should surely help in harder catches.

Preparing for Second Generation

As many of you may not already know, there will be a new list of Pokemon entering Pokemon Go sometime in December. Most of them will be completely new, while others have are new evolutions to existing Pokemon, Some are first stage evolutions, other are final stage. Here is a list and a theory based on current amount of candies it will take to get some of the new Pokemon right when they are first released!
I do not own any of these photos

Pichu - Unevolved form of Pikachu, 25 candies to get Pikachu and 100 Candies to get Raichu

Crobat - Final stage of Golbat, 25 candies to get Golbat, 100 candies for Crobat

Cleffa- Unevolved form of Clefairy, 25 candies to get Clefairy, 100 Candies to get Clefable

Igglybuff - Unevolved form of Jigglypuff, 25 candies to get Jigglypuff, 100 candies to get Wigglytuff

Steelix - Evolved form of Onix, 50 candies to get Steelix

Politoed - 2nd choice final evolution, 100 candies just like Polywrath

Slowking - Final Evolution of Slowpoke, 25 candies for Slowbro, 100 candies for Slowking

Bellossom - 2nd choice final evolution, 100 candies just like Vileplume

Tyrogue- Unevolved form of Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan, will work like Eevee, 25 candies have a
chance to get Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, or Hitmontop
Hitmontop- Evolved form of Tyrogue, 25 candies with a chance to get out of the three

Magby - Unevolved form of Magmar, 50 candies
Shoochum - Unevolved form of Jynx, 50 candies

Elekid - Unevolved form of Electrobuzz, 50 candies

Espeon, Umbreon - two more evolutions to Eevee, 25 candies as a chance to get (plausible easter egg, higher chance to get Espeon in the morning and Umbreon at night)

Kingdra - Final Stage of Horsea, 25 candies to get Seadra, 100 candies for Kingdra

Porygon 2 - Evolved form of Porygon, 50 candies

Blissey, Evolved form of Chaney, 50 candies

Scizor - Evolved form of Scyther, 50 candies

Please keep in mind this is all speculation, the amount of candies it can take to evolve these Pokemon may be different, though chances are most of these will be correct due to the system now. Most Pokemon with 3 evolutions will take a total of 125 candies, 25 for the second evolution, 100 for the third. Most Pokemon with 2 evolutions take 50 candies to evolve.

How to Take Gyms Down Easily

With many new players, and even players returning to the game after a long break from Pokemon here is a list of the Pokemon and their types. There are a few new ones that have been added, but what are they all weak against? What Pokemon can I use to take out a Fairy type? Well here is a list of the types and what they are weak against. If that isn't enough below the typing list will be a list of the same Pokemon, only with their weaknesses. The x2 means the moves are super effective against they type, leading to more damage. x.5 Means the move isn't very effective against that type leading to less damage.
Corrections to be made: x2 is actually X1.2 and .5 is suppose to be .8

Show Some Love

Here is Illminded's newest Video but you should definitely check out his video of him taking over a level 3 gym with the lowest Pokemon being 704 Cp and the highest being a 1302 Arcanine... one of the strongest Pokemon in the game, and Illminded's highest CP Pokemon was a 603 Lickitung. This Youtuber definitely deserves some subs, also who doesn't love seeing Pokemon evolve? I know I sure do enjoy wanting my friends evolve their Pokemon to see what the CP becomes!

Will This Idea Fix the Lack of Attention in Rural Areas?

As the majority of the player base knows, Pokestops are sparse for those who live in more rural areas of the world. Unfortunately, the closest city near me that has a decent amount of stops is about 45-minute drive.  The most stops in a small town that are somewhat close to each other is 6, so keeping enough Pokeballs tends to be hard for those who don't get out a lot rather they just don't have the time, or they just don't want to battle the heat getting maybe 20 Pokeballs  within the 30-minute walk between the stops.

There is a solution, though, it is more of something that could be added in the game rather than something that will be added. Not only will it help rural players, but it is another thing to feel nostalgic about while playing the most popular video game franchise. Some may have forgotten, but for one who rather enjoyed the concept I haven't let this feature in the games slip my mind, in fact, when the game first released this was the first feature I looked for.

After capturing 30 Pokemon and talking to one of Professor Oak's aides found in a building on route 11, you will obtain an itemfinder. This feature allowed players to find hidden items within the game, most of the time being a various amount of berries and other health improving items, you also had a chance of getting somewhat rare items as well, such as a rare candy.

How could something like this be added in Pokemon Go? Well, there are a few different ways. One way is while Pokestops are common for larger towns and highly populated areas, why not make it so the itemfinder, while able to be used in such places, more viable for rural areas. How it could work is the items will spawn so far away from Pokestops, allowing it to be more common for rural areas and less for higher populated areas. To balance things out a bit more, it would have a charge of its own which while walking will charge the itemfinder up.

Once fully charged you would then be able to only gather so many items, making it more of a judgement on what items to pick up. How do you know where items are? Like the radius that pings for Pokemon and Pokestop range, there could be a 3rd ping that works for items that is a little larger than the red ring for Pokemon. When in range for an item, it will flash one of three colors. Whiteish blue for common, Orangish yellow for uncommon and a deep red for rares (like the ranges in the game and it will have team colors.)

How the items could work in the game could be something in a sense like how eggs work. 2km are common, 5km are uncommon and 10km are rare, only for items it would work a bit different. Each color flash would have its own unique rarity chain.

White Flashes:
Common- Pokeballs, Potions, Revives
Uncommon- Greatballs, Super Potions (level 12), Razzberries, 1-2 Pokeballs, 1-2 Potions, 1-2 Revives
Rare- UltraBall, Hyper Potion (level 20), 1 Pokecoin, 1-2 Razzberries, 1-2 Greatballs, 2-3 Pokeballs, 2-3 Potions, 2-3 Revives

Orange Flashes:
Common- 2 Pokeballs, 2 Potions, 2 Revives, Greatball, Razzberry, Super Potion
Uncommon- 1-2 Greatballs, 1-2 Razzberries, Ultraball, Hyper Potion
Rare- 3-5 Pokeballs, 2-3 Greatballs, 2-3 Super Potions, 2-3 Revives, 2-3 Razzberries 1-2 Ultraballs, 2-3 Pokecoins, 1-2 Hyper Potions

Red Flashes:
Common- Ultraball, Hyper Potion, Revive, 2-3 Greatballs, 2-3 Razzberries, 5 Pokeballs,
Uncommon-  1-2 Ultraballs, 3-5 Greatballs, 2-4 Razzberries, 4-9 Pokeballs, 4-9 Potions, 4-9 revives
Rare- 2-3 Ultraballs ,4-5 Pokecoins, 10 Pokeballs, 5 Greatballs, 10 Revives, 10 Potions, 5 Super Potions, 5 Razzberries, 2-3 Hyper Potions, Max Potion, Max revive

Green Flashes:
Ultra Rare- Egg Incubator, Lure, Lucky egg, Insense, 20 Pokeballs, 10 Greatballs, 5 Ultraballs, 10-15 Pokecoins

Keep in mind these are just quantities I came up with as an example of how things could work. What happens if people abuse the item finder? Well, there are a few things that can prevent that. First of all the items won't show up unless you charge the item finder; .5km will be enough for 1 item ping. I know it wont be hard to walk/drive a good 10-20km in a day, but one if you think about it that would only be enough for 40 items more depending on how long you are out, but not much. There would also be a charge cap that depends on your level. For every 5 levels is rewarded 10 more charges to your cap.

Though that won't be the only thing limited by your level. With the chance for level 12 items being greater with the Orange light, the light could be unlocked once you hit level 12 and the same with the level 20 unlocked rewards and the red flash. The green however could be unlocked once the player hits level 25-30. Why? This wouls still allow Niantic to profit from the game as not only would the green light be super rare, but it will be limited to those who actually play the game, and with to continue even further. Not only that, but it would show that Niantic truly cares about the long term/ true trainers that wish to "catch 'em all".

How the itemfinding system will work for those who may not know, is you have a chance of only finding 1 type of item, so if you found and item you would only be able to obtain that item only, some with a chance of a greater quantity.

Pokemon Hotspot: River Greenway Bluffton Indiana

Walking the River Greenway in Bluffton Indiana with my mom, brother, and a friend, This is what we came across. I live in a more rural area than most people so to most this probably isn't a whole lot, but to me, this was like winning the lottery. If you live around the area then this spot is differentially worth checking out. There aren't any Pokestops (yet) so I would come with a good 100 Pokeballs per hour you plan on walking... yes I went through over 100 Pokeballs within an hour.

I started from the beginning of the trail, which you can get to by turning east on the first road past Hardees, I walked for about 30 minutes and turned back around after reaching a red bridge. Walking that distance helped me hatch 5 2k eggs and 3 5k eggs within the hour. I also put 2 incenses up which I was lucky enough to get a Dratini off of.

Pokemon Go Improved Traking

In this update, the nearby tab has been updated. There now is a nearby along with a sighting. Still learning a bit about the new tracking system, it seems they whole things isn't working for everyone at the moment. Some only see the sighting section of the new and "improved" tracking system, while other see both features. I can't say much on the nearby feature because it doesn't work for me. Hopefully, though things work and Pokemon can now be easier to track.
Along with implementing a new tracker, there is now a "safer" way for player who drive. All though anyone can just tap the "I'm a Passenger" to allow the game to work after traveling so fast, it was more of a safety for Niantic more than the players. By approving you are a passenger so you can still play the game on the road, if by chance you are actually driving and playing, then it basically waves Niantic from any and all responsibility from those who choose to play the game while driving. All though Niantic still wasn't to blame for people playing and driving, it's now official that Niantic can't be blamed for stupidity of the players, though it will still happen.

The accuracy bug was also fixed in this update. For those who don't know what the bug was, basically experience wasn't given to those who threw a nice, great, or excellent. At first many thought the feature was taken out of the game because people were leveling too fast (not sure how that theory came about leveling is balanced coming from someone who plays a handful of MMO's).

Don't Evolve Your Pokemon Until You See This

Before you evolve your Pokemon, mainly the ones you plan on using for future battling, check out Pokeadvisor. This website will access your account, and by allowing it you can see all of you Pokemon's IVs, rated by a percent. Instead of just choosing your highest CP Pokemon, you may want to check it's IVs first. Evolving a high CP Gastly for the intention to use a Gengar to battle, it turns out it had really low IV rating. Though it would turn into a high CP Gengar, it would have been extremally weak.

An opinionated percent to start evolving your Pokemon would be a 90%  Pokemon. IVs are judged by the stats your Pokemon has, so you can see exactly what it's missing. The cap for the three stats; Attack, Defence, and Stamina, are all 15 for all Pokemon. If you could deal with missing a few points off these stats, then go ahead and evolve.

Checking your IVs in the Manager tab isn't the only thing this website is good for. When you are in the "manager" tab you can search for the Pokemon you want and even sort by CP, A-Z, Number, and recent. If you have recently caught a Pokemon and you want to see what it's IVs are, you can hit the refresh button next to the sort by every 5 minutes.

When you first log in you will be on the trainer tab. With this, you can see your trainer profile like in the game. It will tell you how many Pokemon you have caught from the Pokedex, a total amount of Pokemon caught and seen, your catch rate, and the total amount of Pokeballs thrown. There is also a gym and other box within the trainer tab. The gym box tells you how many prestige points you have earned, how many training battles, and regular battles you have won, and it even lets you know if your defender bonus is ready.

Last but not least the Pokedex tab. There isn't much of anything special with this tab, it lists all the Pokemon in the correct order, and it tells you how many candies it takes to evolve, It also tells you the typing of the Pokemon if you click on one. If there is a specific Pokemon you are looking for you can type its name in the search bar and be on your merry way.
